PLEASE NOTE ANY HEALTH PROBLEMS OR SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS WE NEED TO MAKE TO ACCOMODATE YOU. Our facility requires that we travel up and down stairs regularly during the weekend. (Please indicate if you have any special needs/restrictions, and/or special arrangements are needed for hearing or mobility, etc.)

ALSO, PLEASE PROVIDE A BRIEF, FRANK IDEA OF YOUR EXPECTATIONS OF THIS WEEKEND. WHAT DO YOU HOPE IT WILL DO FOR YOU?

Total cost of the weekend is $35. A $10 deposit is requested with your application. It will be refunded if you are unable to attend. 3" foam sleeping mats are provided for sleeping. Other arrangements can be made upon request.
