Mass Intentions Request Form

It is a longstanding tradition in the Church that a priest may be requested to offer a Mass for a specific intention, even when one cannot be physically present at the Mass.

If you would like to schedule a Mass intention, please fill out the form below or contact the parish office at davstpaul@diodav.org.   Please note that the dates you request may not be honored, but we will do our best to get as close to the date as possible. 

The suggested stipend for a Mass intention is $5. 

We are currently taking Mass intentions for 2024.

Mass Stipends may be mailed in or dropped off at the parish office, you may also place it in the offertory in a marked envelope "Mass Intentions."
